• Perform and control the full audit cycle including control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• Determine internal audit scope
• Obtain, analyze and evaluate financial and operational data as well as process flow
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
• Maintain open communication with Management and related parties
• Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
• Conduct follow up of audit recommendations
• Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Engineer/Civll Engineer/Accounting/ Agronomy with at least 3.00 GPA
• At least 3 years’ experience as Internal Auditor or day-to-day operations in Palm Oil Mill/Palm Oil Plantation/Palm Oil Refinery/ Sugar Plantation/Sugar Mill
• Understand the professional standards issued by the Institute of Internal Audit, having professional certification (QIA, CIA) is a plus point.
• Comply with the Internal Audit code of ethics
• Willing to be placed in all company business unit in Indonesia
